About ELITE MEAT MARKET
Our Family
Growing up, my parents owned a Mexican supermarket, and I was always helping them out in the meat department. I was inspired by modern meat markets in Los Angeles, which introduced a new, innovative approach to selling meat. I realized there was much more to meat than just eating it—there was the texture, the grading, and the quality. After conducting further research, I decided to open my own meat market, offering a selection of American prime cuts,Wagyu beef and incorporating Hispanic flavors into the business. With the support of my wife, I embarked on this journey as a small, family-owned venture with the goal of creating a legacy for our daughter. I dedicate this to my daughter, Alex.
